Fall (Nov-Dec) Indoor Lacrosse

- Full protective gear is required for this program -

Our Indoor Lacrosse program mixes the best aspects of box and field lacrosse into a fast-paced skill and scrimmage session each week. Designed for both short sticks and long poles, each session will consist of:
  • 35 minutes of high-repetition, box-style, skill work:
    • Stick work in tight spaces (lots of touches!)
    • Shooting/faking on 4'x4' box lacrosse goal and box lacrosse goalie
    • Dodging/defending 1v1
    • Executing/defending the 2-man game (2v2)
  • 25 minutes of fast-paced, competitive scrimmage time:
    • Players will be split up by grade/size
This program is for experienced players (suggested for those who have played at least 1 year and/or have proficient passing/catching skills). Less-experienced players will want to consider our "Indoor Instructional" program.

Fall (Nov-Dec) Indoor Instructional Lacrosse

- Full protective gear is required for this program -

Our Indoor Instructional program is a great way for new and less-experienced players (suggested for those with less than 1 year of experience and/or not yet proficient at passing/catching) to master the basics of lacrosse and have a blast at the same time. You'll learn the essential skills of lacrosse – cradling, passing, catching, shooting, groundballs, and dodging – along with the key concepts of offense and defense, all in a fun and encouraging environment. This 6-week program will teach you everything you need to know so you can walk on the field and play with confidence and enthusiasm. Come join us and have a great time playing lacrosse this Fall!
